Would you support another attack on the scale of 9/11 if it rolls back Obama policy ?

I think this question is a contradiction in terms. Your question umes if one thing happens, the next thing will follow. If we have another 9/11 with the country's current mindset, it would be the absolute end of our current government. You should read the "Coming Insurrection" written by the Extreme Left. No, I would not support any such thing. But I do believe it will happen.
