My ballpoint pen wont write, and im positive theres liquid ink in it.?

ive taken it apart, and liquid came out. ive tried every trick, puting it in boiling water, heating it up, rinsing it with cold water, opened up the back, ive even changed the pen tip with another one. AND IT WONT WORK!!! please,dont say get a new one, this is one of a kind ;)
