Does anyone know how to get gastric by p surgery paid for if your insurance company has an "exclusion"?

For example, do you know the name of a supplemental insurance that can be purchased or anything? I mean, is there any way on God's earth to have this surgery without having a billion dollars? I do not have any ets so I can't borrow against anything. And please, do not be cruel with your responses. I am so very desparate. Thank you in advance.
