I am 6'1'' and I weigh 218. I am pretty athletic; however, around the lowest part of my stomach I can't seem to lose the last bit. I usually just run and do some light weights a few times a week. I would like to know what a great workout regimen would be from somebody who is qualified to answer this question. I don't want any BS answers from people who don't really know what their doing in the gym. I appreciate all answers I get! Thanks for taking the time to answer!
