He sounds like a player - I think he is a bad habit you need to quit. That said, I reckon he would go out with you if you asked - but think - would it be a good relationship to be in? The short answer - no. I doubt it. I think the reason for his behaviour is that he has twigged that you like him and now flirts with you cos, well, it's what he does. If he likes to poke fun, then obv that's what he's doing.
