My ex from two years ago asked about if I have any STDs. Is there something more going on?

During the relationship I slept with another partner and promptly got tested. I came clean. I always wear protection and only slept with 4 partners since. Two were one night stands, the other were long term relationships. I got tested after each time. Does my ex have the right to this knowledge? I was her first, does that make any difference with the situation. I am still in love with her, but she now has another boyfriend and I am leaving town in two weeks. She asked me this information after 5 months of not talking. Is there something more going on? I am going crazy. Why is she talking to me now?
