I need help with Downloading Anime!!!?

I have internet in one room ,but not in my room. I want to download anime on to my USB and watch it on my computer. I only have Windows Media Player and I can't get VLC because it won't fit on my USB. Is there any website or anime that plays for WMP that has subtitles.?
