CAN I GET A VASECTOMY AT 18?

i am 17 turning 18 this coming january ad want to get a vasectomy because i really dont want kids and i will be going to college next fall and dont want the worry of getting a girl pregnant expecialy during that time but overall i dont want kids at all and niether does my girlfriend of 3 years so would i be able to get a vasectomy when i am 18. I come from money and paying for it with or without insurance will not be an issue. Also i am engaged to her and niether of us see or want kids in our future together at all period
